SKODA Auto joined Prague’s Lavrs Market to connect with sustainability-minded visitors who weren’t shopping for a car. Our task wasn’t to build a stand—it was to build relevance and shift perception through experience, not advertising.
We designed a brand activation that translated ŠKODA’s sustainability strategy into something tactile, emotional, and memorable—so people didn’t just pass by, but stopped, engaged, and left seeing the brand differently.

The concept was built around “Zrychlení na Nulu” (Acceleration to Zero)—SKODA’s journey toward zero waste and zero emissions. We turned this idea into a sculptural “0” that served as both a visual anchor and a functional recycling bin, inviting interaction and reflection.
To deepen the story, we introduced a coffee ritual using Curiosity Fuel, a Rainforest Alliance–certified roast whose bean husks are reused to tan leather in SKODA interiors—turning one cup into a full-circle sustainability narrative.

From recycled cups with the line “Sit on Coffee” to tactile olive-tree leather samples, every detail was designed to spark curiosity and conversation. The activation avoided a sales tone and instead made sustainability feel real, luxurious, and easy to understand.
The result: stronger engagement, organic buzz across the market, and a clear shift in perception—positioning SKODA as a forward-thinking lifestyle brand that lives its sustainability values.
